Aurora Micheli

Aurora Micheli was born and raised in the city of Turin, Italy. After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Physics she pursued a Master in physics of complex systems, training in both theoretical and computational physical problems. In April 2021, she joined the Silveira lab in Paris and since then she’s been working on her Master’s thesis project in the field of efficient coding models in neuronal populations. Her main research interests are neural coding and machine learning.
